In French, gourmandises are sweet treats – little morsels of indulgence. From my Cambridgeshire kitchen, I create exquisite desserts, patisserie, and luxury wedding cakes that are guaranteed to bring delicious French flair to any occasion in London, Cambridge and East Anglia.

From towering golden croquembouches in cages of spun sugar and edible flowers, and delicately perfumed macarons in every colour of the rainbow, to rich chocolate gateaux and decadent pastries bursting with ripe fruit – everything is hand made using only the freshest ingredients.
